“Usually I would give this place a 5 star, but definitely not today. I travel out of my way a good 10 miles to come get your smoothie. I did the same thing this morning just to find out that you’ll aren’t capable of opening on time. Very dissappointed. There were multiple people waiting out front who just left, including myself. It’s frustrating when you go out of your way to get something and you’ll can’t even deliver promises on opening on time.”

“They don't care about wearing masks and public safety. Do not come here. When I asked the person making the food to pull up his mask so I could order, he refused. You guys really allow workers here to make food without a mask...”

“Same good burgers and fries, but with the minor problem of not have the 101 combo soda fountain and peanuts. Otherwise this location is as good as any. Not far from the stairs up to B concourse.”

“Better than most airport coffee bars. The coffee was great, service was prompt and friendly, the food was fresh and it didn't cost me next month's rent. This is a place I would go back to and recommend.”

“Great food especially for an airport joint. Probably the best option in Terminal D. Great sandwiches, good French onion soup... and get the chocolate cake! It was tasty and only three bucks.”

“I found the food to be pretty good. Caesar salad with a salmon fillet and fish and chips. The draft beer was ok. Should have gone with a glass of wine instead. A little pricey ($50+) for one person. But I was not dissatisfied.”

“Amazing place to go to for immediate gifting - they have various options and the packaging is too good! They talk about how the chocolate is made, and also give you samples to taste so that you are very satisfied with your buy!”

“Was great to be able to sit and have a meal, but it was like 5 minutes of standing before anyone asked us to sit down. The food prices were decent and the presentation was great, but I had the fish and chips and it tasted like fish wrapped in a doggy corn dog bread. I just wasn't impressed. The service was decent, but even for as place that had limited guests and a number of employees, no one checked up on us much or asked us if we wanted more drinks or anything.”

“The little girl making sandwiches was very rude. I asked for the sweet turkey wrap. She gave me a blank stare. I repeated several time, but it did not register. I thought it was a language barrier, but she asked me in plain english to show her what I wanted on the overhead menu. That took several attempts. She finally said "we don't serve that sandwich". Understanding that due to the COVID not all options are available these days, so I asked if there was another menu of what they were serving. This obviously angered her. I asked about the chicken avocado. They had that one and she asked me to pay while she made my sandwich. The guy taking money was cool and really friendly. I went back to the sandwich bar and waited while she served sandwiches to everyone that came after me. When I was the last person there she asked if she could help me. "I'm waiting for a chicken wrap". Only then did she begin to make my sandwich (almost no condiments, very dry). She tossed my sandwich on the bar, turned her back to me and began cleaning again. Barely made my gate, last to board.”

“First time buying cupcakes from here. When at the counter I notice alot of flies surrounding the cupcakes at the counter. Being the glass case is not covered. I ignored that and just request to buy cupcakes from the rack. Brought it home and tried it. The icing is good but the cakes are stale. In one of the cake there was hair in it. Very unacceptable what a waste of money.”

“I love this place. Anytime I am in Sterling I go out of my way for one of their cakes. They are so moist and fresh tasting. I ordered the Chocolate small bundt, also the Confetti for the kids and White chocolate raspberry for the misses. All excellent tasting and moist. I would recommend them anytime for any occassion. If it's an office party, office get together, birthday or an excuse to reward yourself. Any excuse is ok for me. Melissa, the front end manager, is awesome, polite, friendly and professional. She resolved an issue I had without hesitation. I highly recommend them. If you've never been, give them a try you won't be disappointed.”

“The Place is Very Dirty and I am not seeing any of the people there working using the correct precautions for COVID I am actually scared because one of the employees wasn’t wearing a mask when they where preparing the food. When I asked them why aren’t you wearing a mask he responded back to me saying we haven’t officially opened to the public yet. I would stay away from this location for your own safety. I know they lost a customer in me today.”

“If you happen to be in terminal B and you would like a glass of wine, this is the perfect place to come. It is rather expensive and the wine flights are fun but not very good value. The wine and cheese are great and if you are not on a budget than I highly recommend this place. The service is excellent.”
