Don't use the parking. The stairs smell like urine and you have to pay $40 just to stay 19 hours

It's a nice place

Avoid this parking garage unless you want your vehicle broken in to. They have no cameras or guards to monitor the vehicles and regularly have break-ins. I learned the hard way.

On site staff are rare to find, no security, constantly plaugd by thiefs, go for a surface lot or a garage with security, or at least permanent staff.

The machine is always safe here.

The booting company & the parking company don't have any co-ordination. You buy parking online, and still someone is going to boot you & will hold your car as hostage until you pay $75/day as a ransom.

This is the worst parking garage, I swear. I parked my car in this garage for almost a year when I worked in the area. My car was both keyed on more than one occasion and robbed while I worked a block up. Many others who I worked with also has their vehicles vandalized or broken into and robbed. When these issues were brought to management, they claimed they were no responsible and that maybe someone keyed my car as retaliation for parking in a spot they wanted to park in. My company paid thousands of dollars every year for us to park there and sometimes there would not be parking for us because of an event nearby. Horribly managed. Your vehicle will not be safe in this garage and management will do nothing about it. You've been warned.
